Absolutely loved this Emma. I love how human the conversation was.

It’s made me reconsider voice notes to myself too. I often have writing thoughts while I’m out walking but always tell myself I’ll remember that when I get back (and don’t) or I’m keen not to break the moment by whipping my phone out for a voice note. But inspiration comes at the strangest of times and it’s worth revisiting.

Thank you for such a wonderful conversation and thank Edwina too xx

Ps I cannot wait for Breaking Waves!

Aah thank you so much!! We wanted to really show how we interact rather than have a 'formal' kind of back and forth. I know what you mean about voice notes - it can break the moment, but I also know that I so often lose those magic thoughts if I don't somehow capture them straight away!! I also think that if I do lose them, they will resurface at another time, perhaps in another form, so that's ok... ❤️

Thanks Emma. Saving to listen and read properly later. Am in the process of finding an agent at the moment as I feel this book needs one in a way my first didn't ❤️🪷🌟
